COVID INSTRUCTIONS

For everyone’s safety and to comply with the local mandate, please follow the instructions below:

Doors open: 30 minutes prior to service.   Please come early as it will take a while to question everyone prior to entering the building.   Doors lock: 15 minutes after services begin.    We are sorry but no one may be admitted after the doors lock.

Regulations:1.Masks:     All attendees 10 yrs. and older must wear a mask unless leading the  service. Attendees must wear a face mask upon entering and exiting the  facility, and in all common areas (such as the atrium, hallways and  restrooms). The wearing of masks is required at all times while inside  the building, including the sanctuary and meeting rooms.
2.Entrance/Exit     There are separate entrance and exit doors. Entrance is only through  Ridge Rd. side entrance doors under the portico. Exit will be the GYM  door, (This is the same door used to enter for 1st Friday Shabbat).
3.Social Distancing     Attendees must maintain the guideline of 6 feet of separation  between individuals or households at all times. (this begins just  outside of the main entrance and continues throughout the common areas,  sanctuary seating and meeting room seating). The church hallways have  signs posted on the floors.
4.Restrooms     Limited restrooms are available (only 1 person or household in the  restroom at a time). Attendees are encouraged to minimize the use, if  possible. If necessary, upon entering the bathroom near the entrance  & elevator may be used.  Once past that point, the bathrooms near  the gym may be used. Cleaning supplies are available to provide  confidence the area is safe for use.
5.Questions     Each person will be asked the questions below prior to being allowed to enter the building.         Do you have-

  • A fever (100.4 degrees or higher) or a sense of having a fever?
  • Chills that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
  • A new cough that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
  • Shortness of breath that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
  • A sore throat that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
  • Muscle aches (myalgia) that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
  • Have you had prolonged exposure to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19?
  • Is there any medical reason why you should not be around others?
  • IF YOU ANSWER "YES" TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS, YOU & YOUR  HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS SHOULD REMAIN OR RETURN HOME. YOU SHOULD SEEK THE  GUIDANCE OF A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER.

We realize that there are a lot of regulations but the important  thing is that we are able to worship together in a place where everyone  feels safe. We look forward to seeing you all during the High Holy Days!
